Anadolu Isuzu’s Innovative Transportation Solution Electric BIG.e Starts Test Production
Developed by Anadolu Otomotiv Sanayi (AOS) in line with customer expectations to meet the increasing demand for last-mile transportation, the fully electric BIG.e has started test production to meet with end users
BIG.e, which will respond to the transportation needs of modern cities and offer solutions suitable for numerous sectors with its one-ton carrying capacity and high maneuverability, will play an important role in urban deliveries, especially in cloud markets, cloud restaurants and cargo services.
Having set to change the rules of the game in last-mile transportation, the BIG.e has a cargo volume of up to approximately 4 cubic meters, along with a carrying capacity of up to 1000 kg and a 9.4 kW electric motor.
BIG.e has three different battery capacities, providing a range of 100 km with a 10.5 kWh battery, besides 135 km and 170 km ranges with 15.7 kWh and 21 kWh battery options respectively. One of the biggest advantages of BIG e is that it can be charged from a standard outlet, just like a mobile phone, and reaches full charge capacity in 5 to 9 hours. There are also five different charging solutions for users who want to charge faster.
