Anadolu Isuzu took part in Busworld Turkey Fair with its innovative and environmentally friendly vehicles
Turkey's commercial vehicle brand Anadolu Isuzu participated in Busworld Turkey 2024 Fair, where bus manufacturers and suppliers presented their latest products, technologies and sustainable solutions, with its environmentally friendly models. At Busworld Turkey, Anadolu Isuzu also exhibited its Grand Toro, Citiport 12 and Novociti Volt models, which have achieved significant success in Turkey and abroad. Anadolu Isuzu's newest model, the electric Novo Volt, also made its Turkish debut at the fair. Operating with the basic understanding of "sustainability" from production to after-sales, Anadolu Isuzualso revealed its future vision in this direction.
Arıkan "Our models attract great attention all over the world"
Anadolu Isuzu General Manager Tuğrul Arıkan organized a press conference during the Novo Volt launch at Busworld Turkey. In his speech at the meeting, Arıkan stated that they exhibited the Grand Toro, Citiport 12 and Novociti Volt models, which have achieved significant success in Turkey and abroad, and that they made the first introduction of the brand's newest model, the electric Novo Volt, in Turkey. Arıkan said, "In this fair that brings our industry together, we presented the environmentally friendly and modern vehicles we have developed and produced in accordance with the most up-to-date demands of the world's cities in our modern production facilities with 'smart factory' features, prioritizing R&D and innovation. Our vehicles are attracting great interest and appreciation in many parts of the world, especially in the European Union. The last three-year period, during which we have grown and broken records in exports as well as in the domestic market, is the biggest indicator of this interest."
The fully electric NovoVolt will hit the roads in 2025
NovoVolt, the fully electric bus introduced by Anadolu Isuzu for the first time in Turkey, is designed for the service and tourism sector. With a seating capacity of up to 29 passengers, NovoVoltis equipped with a powerful 320 kW engine and a 165 kWh battery. NovoVolt will be available from 2025 and will expand the brand's mid-size electric bus product range.
Grand Toro offers ideal solutions
Grand Toro, presented at Anadolu Isuzu's stand at Busworld Turkey 2024, took its place among the attractive models of the fair with its superior equipment and technological features. Offering a capacity of up to 37 seats, it stands out as an ideal 8.5-meter medium-sized bus for short and medium-distance shuttle, tourist and airport transportation trips.
NovoCiti VOLT will stand out
The fully electric mid-size NovoCiti VOLT exhibited at the fair was another Anadolu Isuzu model that stood out with its superior features. Based on the proven model NovoCITI LIFE, the fully electric mid-size NovoCiti VOLT was specially designed to meet the urban public transportation demands of the future. With its zero emissions and Acoustic Vehicle Warning System (AVAS), NovoCiti VOLT was previously exhibited in numerous European cities and became the focus of attention of local governments.
Isuzu Citiport 12: “comfortable and ergonomic”
Anadolu Isuzu also presented Citiport 12 at the fair, a public transportation vehicle in the 12-meter segment, designed within the framework of the "ideal solution", taking the general transportation needs of major metropolises and municipalities into consideration. Combining comfort for its passengers with minimum fuel consumption, large and spacious interior volume, and driver-friendly design with its ergonomic driver area, Citiport 12draws attention with the carrying capacity of up to 107 passengers.
