Anadolu Isuzu breaks exports record

Breaking another record with this performance in its successful exports activities continuing for almost 30 years in the bus and medium-size coach segments, Anadolu Isuzu achieved a remarkable growth momentum and increased in its market share despite the downward trend in the market.

 

Turkey's commercial vehicle brand Anadolu Isuzu continues to reinforce its success in foreign markets with its rising sales, delivery figures and new records. Continuing production in the commercial vehicle market without slowing down despite the pandemic conditions, Anadolu Isuzu broke the highest exports turnover record on monthly basis in September 2021, through its 30-year of bus and medium-size coach exports past. The growth in the company's exports sales continued in October as well. Despite the general downward trend in bus and medium-size coach exports, Anadolu Isuzu achieved to increase its market share and a remarkable growth momentum under challenging pandemic conditions.

 

Anadolu Isuzu continued production uninterruptedly by taking the necessary precautions since the beginning of the pandemic period, and ranked as the third brand with highest exports in the bus and medium-size coach segment with 686 vehicles. Exporting 285 vehicles in the bus category, Anadolu Isuzu broke its own record and maintained the leadership by exporting 401 vehicles in the medium-size coach category.

 

Completing the first phase of the Smart Factory project started with the aim of further increasing the production quality in its facilities located at Gebze Şekerpınar successfully, Anadolu Isuzu produces environmentally friendly, quiet, comfortable, safe and modern buses and medium-size coaches that are preferred increasingly around the world. The innovative and environmentally friendly buses and medium-size coaches produced by the company respond to the current needs and demands of municipalities and operators in the field of transportation in many cities of the world successfully. Currently Anadolu Isuzu manufactures and exports 12 different models and a total of 47 different versions in the bus and medium-size coach segments, including fully electric and CNG vehicles. In addition to numerous prestigious awards it has been granted, Anadolu Isuzu recently added the "Sustainable Bus 2022" award at the Sustainable Bus Awards with its Interliner 13 CNG model.
